Summer's winding down, and that means all kinds of chaos are creeping back in, especially back-to-school mornings and back-to-work routines. Whether you're managing someone's homework schedule or your own inbox again, this workshop is for the whole family. Come spend an afternoon at Creative Alliance on Sunday, August 9th making herbal tools you'll actually understand, use, and come to rely on. We'll keep it simple: easy-to-know herbs and real talk about what helps every age when routines shift, like staying focused, keeping energy steady, calming a nervous stomach, and winding down at night. Then we get hands-on making three useful herbal blends to take home: a custom DIY tea blend, a family-friendly herbal extract for focus or immune support, and an essential oil inhaler for sleep or focus. These aren't just for the kids. Parents, grandparents, whoever's coming back from a summer of chaos into a fuller schedule, these blends work for you too. Children need an adult with them the whole time, and all participants need their own ticket. Everyone leaves with a full herbal toolkit, a swag bag of goodies, and a guide to keep the routine going at home. Ages 8+. Come ready to sip, sniff, and make something good. |

This workshop is like none other. Each session that you attend will be inspired by a new form of art or general topic. So, whether it's a scene from a movie, a snippet of a song, or a random meme on the internet your writing will be uniquely influenced by a work that you may not have known before.
