Family First: Herbal Wellness for Back to School (DIY Tea Bar, ages 8+, caregiver required)
Sunday August 9, 2026 | 1:00 to 2:30 PM
Back to school is exciting… and a little chaotic. This hands-on, family-friendly workshop helps caregivers and kids build simple herbal wellness routines that actually fit real life. Led by educational and clinical herbalist Brittany Williams of Eudemonia Herbs, participants will explore approachable herbs, taste along the way, and learn how to choose supportive blends for the school-year rhythm.
The highlight is a DIY Tea Bar where each kid (with their caregiver) will create a custom tea blend with guidance on flavor, function, and how to use it at home. Families can blend toward one of four school-year goals: Calm Focus, Steady Energy, Happy Belly, or Wind Down. Safety and age-appropriate use are woven in throughout, so caregivers leave feeling confident, not overwhelmed.
Each participant goes home with their own blend packaged in a beautiful tea tin, tucked into a swag bag filled with herbal goodies, plus a reference guide covering what they learned and how to keep the routine going.
Ages 8 and up. Parent or caregiver participation is required.
