Watch closely as you learn the process of making a multicourse meal including proper cutting techniques and how to debone a char. Afterwards, enjoy one of the best meals of your life.
Keith will demonstrate how to make the following courses: Pan seared Artic char and poached Maine lobster with sautéed spinach, polenta cake, and corn “chowder” sauce. Roasted golden beet salad. Pan seared chicken breast with savory herb stuffing, shaved brussel sprout maque choux, whipped sunchokes, and tomato gastrique pan sauce.
This is not a hands-on workshop. You’ll watch and learn how to sear, poach, sauté, and roast. Chef Keith will share crucial knife techniques as he prepares ingredients for the meal.
