Dive into an immersive experience via grounding the body through art, sound, meditation, and more. The flow of this workshop provides focus and calm to the participants, so they walk away with tangible techniques to better their mental health. The program is circular: breath (meditation), mandala-making (art), then group reflection on the process of making the art and its emotional effects. Jeanne Marie will then lead her sound session, and another art-making experience will stem from the effects of the sound on participants, followed by a group discussion and closing breath.

An exciting and unique  workshop with two local artists, directly engaging with the community using ancient art forms which amplify our physical and mental well being. This is an extension of Zoē’s Art To The People program which took place at Creative Alliance from 2022–2023.

Where: Creativity Center, 3137 Eastern Ave. Baltimore MD 21224
When: MAR 8 | 6:30-8:30PM
Age Range: 22+
Cost: $35 standard, $30 members
Materials: All supplies provided!
