Come celebrate Hanukkah with everyone's favorite Klezmer band, the Honorable Menthsn, from Brooklyn, NYC. According to Shoshana Oysher, "it is customary on Chanukah for everyone to get together to play games and sing songs, both traditional, folk and otherwise" (from Moishe Oysher's "Chanukah Party," 1950), and that's the plan. Clarinetist Michael Winograd and his band are thrilled to be joined by the fabulous Berlin-based Yiddish songstress Sasha Lurje for a night of good times and good beats while miracles abound! Don't miss out! What better way to spend the fourth night? And like the menorahs shining through the streets of Baltimore, this party will most certainly be lit.
Join the bohemians and artists of the North American Tour of Moulin Rouge! The Musical at Creative Alliance for an extraordinary evening of performances, and help us raise money and awareness for tuberculosis elimination and prevention.
Hank Williams was a consummate country songwriter, with hits that included "I'm So Lonesome I Could Cry," "Your Cheatin' Heart," "The Lovesick Blues," and "Jambalaya." He died at the age of 29, on New Year's 1953, leaving behind a legacy of songs and performances that will not be forgotten. In the six years of his recording career, Hank Williams songs created the definition of the perfect country song. This popular show brings together an all-star cast of friends who get together just once a year to celebrate the songs of a country music idol.
We are thrilled to welcomer back Marc Ribot's Ceramic Dog to the Patterson to celebrate their 5th studio release, Connection. Marc Ribot’s Ceramic Dog has long pushed the boundaries between traditional pop songcraft and avant-garde improvisational music, bridging their customary genre-agnostic approach with elements of glam boogie, minimalist disco, psychedelic boogaloo, garage-punk-against-the-machine agitprop, and so much more.
Super City is back at Creative Alliance for a 2-month residency, this time with local legends Glorian and Eze Jackson! Having released their first album with a record label in 2023, Super City is hitting the road again and starting the year off right in Baltimore. Their Sofaburn Records release, In the Midnight Room, is still traveling the airwaves across the country. Still bringing their melodic, guitar-driven sound to the stage, Super City is known for blending heavy rock elements and danceability, all with band choreography that results in striking live performances. This Baltimore band expertly crafts guitar and synth earworms that thrive on the creative tension between bombastic rock and roll and stylized movements. Their structures and melodies leave no room for a dull track.
Steeped in traditional sounds and infused with contemporary energy and imagination, Charm City Junction blasts through the roots music scene with their genre-defying compositions and performances. Join them in jubilee as they celebrate 10 years together and the release of their new album Salt Box.

Alash are masters of Tuvan throat singing, a remarkable technique for singing multiple pitches at the same time. Masters of traditional Tuvan instruments as well as the art of throat singing, Alash are deeply committed to traditional Tuvan music and culture. At the same time, they are fans of western music. Believing that traditional music must constantly evolve, the musicians subtly infuse their songs with western elements, creating their own unique style that is fresh and new, yet true to their Tuvan musical heritage.
