Ever wonder how latex clothing is made? Wanted to feel latex against your body? Or just wanted to look shiny? Hosted by NYC burlesque performer and producer Calamity Chang, Shine Onstage: Make Your Own Latex Bra, is a beginner-friendly DIY workshop where you’ll learn the basics of creating your own latex clothing in a fun, supportive environment. Every student will take home a sleek, custom-made basic triangle bra, no previous knowledge required—perfect for performers and kink/fetish curious/enthusiasts ready to add a bold, tactile edge to their wardrobe. Embrace your creativity and step into the shiny world of latex with a workshop designed to empower and inspire. (Model Photo is a 34/36D bra size and wearing a L size in this pattern)
This workshop covers latex sheeting and other essential accessories and supplies in the cost. However, you are responsible for bringing the following items, which are crucial for building your own latex clothing kit if you decide to continue crafting independently after the workshop.
Whether you’re looking to enhance your stage presence or explore a new creative medium, this hands-on experience offers invaluable skills and insider techniques tailored to the performing arts community.

Things you need to bring to the workshop:
1. 12 inch+ plastic flat ruler (with no raised lip)*
2. 45mm rotary blade cutter*
3. Roller*
4. Rubber Cement Glue*
5. Gel Pen* (do not use regular pen, they will leave a mark on your latex)
6. Cutting mat (optional)
7. Latex clothing lube shine (optional)
