Description: Armand Goldman owns the glamorous drag nightclub The Birdcage in South Beach, Miami, where his longtime partner Albert is the star performer. Their comfortable life is turned upside down when Armand’s son Val announces he’s engaged to Barbara, the daughter of ultra-conservative Senator Kevin Keeley. To avoid scandal, Val begs Armand and Albert to pretend to be straight for one disastrous dinner party when Barbara’s parents come to visit.
