The Role:
As our Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our dynamic marketing team. Your creativity and strategy will propel our diverse range of performances, exhibitions, films, education classes, and events into the spotlight, drawing both new and returning audiences. Through captivating social media campaigns, compelling print promotions, or developing valuable marketing connections, your role will be pivotal in championing Creative Alliance’s vibrant array of creative experiences. This is an ideal role for a candidate seeking to develop multifaceted marketing, communications, and affinity marketing skills.

Key responsibilities:
- Execute marketing plans to boost attendance and engagement.
- Manage Creative Alliance’s social media presence across all major platforms.
- Produce promotional assets, both print and digital.
- Oversee updates to the Creative Alliance website.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
- Enhance bilingual communication efforts.
- Foster new marketing collaborations in, and beyond Baltimore.
- Deliver regular data-driven reports, suggesting actionable insights to refine promotional strategies.
Proficiency in the following software is ideal:
- Social Media: Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, X
- Google Analytics
- Cloud-based tools: Airtable, WordPress, Mailchimp, SurveyMonkey, Squarespace (or similar)
- Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Microsoft Applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, and Power Point
- Knowledge of Salesforce (or other related Software)
