Join Y.M.U. Yummy U! in partnership with the Creative Alliance for an afternoon of food, fellowship and community dining. In each session, Doc. J will lead cooking demonstrations showcasing a featured ingredient or theme and collaborate with participants to create a full community meal. Learn, cook, and break bread together in this cooking experience that brings back Sunday dinners!

Flavors of Southeast Asia w/ Chef Keith Curley

Take an international culinary trip without ever leaving Charm City! Explore the flavors of Vietnam, Laos, and Thailand as you make the perfect pho, summer rolls, and spring rolls. Cool off (or not, depending on your level of spice!) with refreshing papaya salad and your own homemade sweet chili sauce. Learn how to use cuisine staples like lemongrass, fish sauce, rice noodles, and Thai chilis, and bring the flavors of Southeast Asia to your dinner table!

Tastes of the Caribbean w/ Dassy

Presented in partnership with Komite Ayiti! Experience the vibrant fusion of African, French, and Caribbean flavors in this culinary workshop with Dassy Gaspard. In this unique and flavorful workshop, use bold spices and fresh ingredients that reflect the rich culture and history of Haiti. You’ll make dishes deeply connected to Haitian arts and celebrated in the country’s artistic expression and heritage.

Our Box Office is currently open from Noon to 6pm on Fridays and Saturdays and one hour before all ticketed events. We accept cash, cards, and checks. Service fees are waived for in-person ticket purchases.
