Totes Totes Totes: A Maker’s Workshop

Fabrics and Embroidery inspired by Childhood Joy

Make your own tote bag with multidisciplinary teaching artist Jesse Lentzwiler! Use hand and machine sewing techniques to make your own tote bag that suits your personal style, with customization options for straps and shape. Pick your fabric, design your pattern, and leave with your new bag. Sewing skills not required, but we encourage you to take Mending with Style: A Maker’s Workshop to prepare for this class!

Cost: $35 standard, $30 members, $45 Adult + Child

Instructor Bio
Jesse Lentzwiler is a multidisciplinary teaching artist from Philadelphia, living in Baltimore by way of Minneapolis. She works in handcrafts, including sewing, loom knitting, and printmaking. With a background in jewelry, dioramas, and bronze casting, she  loves things that are small, intimate, and personal. Her audience is children, present and former.
