Presented in partnership with Komite Ayiti! Experience the vibrant fusion of African, French, and Caribbean flavors in this culinary workshop with Dassy Gaspard. In this unique and flavorful workshop, use bold spices and fresh ingredients that reflect the rich culture and history of Haiti. You’ll make dishes deeply connected to Haitian arts and celebrated in the country’s artistic expression and heritage.

Sign up either individually or as a couple and forge an exquisite meal from scratch, with recipes and easy-to-apply skills that you can take home to freshen up your own kitchen! After strutting your culinary stuff, finish off with a full shared meal with your new culinary compatriots in this joyful, enlightening Thursday evening experience.
