Step into Idalee’s Fresh Kitchen, where Chef Idalee DiGrigorio teaches you to up your culinary skills with seasonal ingredients, top-notch techniques, and cultural connections of each session’s meal. Sign up either individually or as a couple and forge an exquisite meal from scratch, with recipes and easy-to-apply skills that you can take home to freshen up your own kitchen! After strutting your culinary stuff, finish off with a full shared meal with your new culinary compatriots in this joyful, enlightening Friday evening experience.

Learn to make pasta from scratch, with techniques for kneading and cutting, to make a variety of carbolicious creations! Then, employ seasonal ingredients to craft two sauce options amidst the simmering scents of fresh vegetables, herbs, and spices. Buon appetito!

Instructor Bio
Chef Idalee DiGregorio, has been a cooking since age nine and on the professional culinary scene for the past 20 years. Her career includes catering, head chef, pastry chef, and steward for the 14 West Hamilton Street Club, acupuncturist, food stylist, and chocolatier. Idalee is passionate about food made from scratch, making cooking fun, and using food as medicine for her patients, her family, and her culinary clients.
