An all-girls wrestling class focused on learning wrestling fundamentals, building confidence, and improving coordination and body control in a supportive environment. Classes include drills, games, partner exercises, and technique instruction for a range of ages and experience levels. No prior wrestling experience required. In partnership with AK Wrestling Foundation.

Teacher Bio: Antonio “Coach Kree” McCree is the Founder & Executive Director of the AK Wrestling Foundation, where he uses wrestling, mentorship, and social-emotional learning to empower youth and build community.
