Craft + Brews: A Crafting Happy Hour

Tue, Apr 22nd 6:00 pm in the Creativity Center Classroom One

Event Type

Take a break from your weekday grind and connect with fellow makers in Crafts + Brews! Each session we’ll explore a different creative technique to shake up your routine. You might surprise yourself with what you create- or even add a new favorite skill to your creative repertoire! No prior experience is required, and all skill levels are welcome in this casual and supportive environment.

Needle Felting Methods: Needle felting is a fun way to decorate or mend an item of clothing that could use a little extra love! In this workshop, you’ll learn the basics of needle felting and practice making a design of your own. Bring an item of clothing you’d like to decorate or mend (denim or sweaters with small holes are great candidates for needle felting!). Or, create a fabric patch to use later on. This workshop is designed for makers of all experience levels. All materials are provided, including a free beverage of your choice!
