Craft + Brews: A Crafting Happy Hour

That Self-Care Glow: Mosaic Candle Jars — Chase away the winter blues with glowing color! In this hands-on workshop, you’ll design a vibrant candle jar using stained glass mosaic technique. Guided step-by-step, you’ll create a stunning handmade piece that adds warmth and light to your space. All materials will be provided, including mosaic grout that participants will learn how to apply at home.

Take a break from your weekday grind and connect with fellow makers in Crafts + Brews! Each session we’ll explore a different creative technique to shake up your routine. You might surprise yourself with what you create- or even add a new favorite skill to your creative repertoire! No prior experience is required, and all skill levels are welcome in this casual and supportive environment.

Instructor Bio:

Susan Tuberville is a multidisciplinary artist, maker, and community-based educator. Her work, focused in craft-based media like quilting and ceramics, draws on individual histories and shared memory. Susan enjoys facilitating collaborative creative experiences and believes deeply that each creative act strengthens our collective imagination.
