Art To The People Workshop - Self Care

This is part of a class series comprising monthly workshops that each touch on a different theme exploring wellness and connection.

Workshop 1: Resistance – What does resistance look like to you? How often do you experience it? Discover ways to handle this feeling and take time to refresh yourself in the first of three self-care workshops exploring meditation, guided visualization, and art-making.

Instructor Bio
Zoë Lintzeris is a visual artist and certified Arts in Health specialist living and working in Baltimore. She has collaborated with Creative Alliance since 2022, offering workshops to adults focused on amplifying their well-being through the power of art and meditation. Zoë has taught visual art techniques to children and adults nationally and internationally for nearly a decade, and has worked with the International Arts + Mind Lab: Center for Applied Neuroaesthetics at Johns Hopkins, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Ulman Foundation, and several healthcare organizations and nonprofits. Her work has been featured in solo and group exhibitions throughout the United States, and she frequently speaks on panels and seminars promoting the power of the arts and well-being.
