We are committed to making your visit to Creative Alliance seamless and transparent. Here is what’s new with our ticketing and theater policies this year.
Transparent All-In Pricing
No more surprises at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay. Our All-In Ticketing model makes sure that all service fees are included in the initial listed price.
- Member Perk: Service fees are now waived for all Creative Alliance Members! To simplify your experience, we’ve replaced varying discounts with an automatic discount that covers 100% of service fees at checkout. (Note: rentals, ticket bundles, and certain exclusions apply.)
Dynamic Pricing: Book Early & Save
Ticket prices may increase as a performance approach or as demand grows. We encourage you to purchase your tickets early to lock in the best possible rate.
Discounted Ticket Bundles
For events offering bundles, look for a unique discount code located directly in the event details to unlock special package pricing.
Discount Ticket Bundles cannot be combined with other discounts including membership perks/service fee waivers.
Streamlined Mobile Entry (Coming Soon!)
No more PDFs for email tickets. The upcoming mobile ticketing system allows you to:
– Access Anywhere: Pull up tickets on any device or save them to your Apple or Google Wallet.
– Share with Ease: Arriving separately? Simply screenshot your ticket and text it to a friend.
– Quick Scan: Barcodes are optimized for brightness and size—no more pinching or zooming at the door.
Will Call remains a convenient option for ticket pick-up. Box office will be staffed for the show until a half an hour after the scheduled start time.

Know Before You Go
Parking Passes
Please note that parking passes expire 10 minutes after your event ends. Especially on nights with multiple scheduled shows, we ask that you move your vehicle promptly after your event to make room for arriving guests.
Front of House: Food & Drink
We ask that you enjoy your snacks and meals before the show.
In the Theater and Galleries: Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited inside the theater and galleries. Reusable personal water bottles (with water) are permitted.
In the Building: You are welcome to eat in our lobby or the Marquee Lounge (when open) before the performance. No outside alcoholic beverages are allowed.
