3:30pm Festival around Pulaski Monument
4:00pm Kids & Family Costume Contest (Registration at 3:30pm)
6:30pm Parade Line-up by the Boat Lake

8:00pm Grand Finale on Stage by Pulaski Monument
8:30pm Dance Party with Extra Syrup Horns (Beer Garden & Food Trucks stay open till 9:30pm)
The Festival
Pulaski Monument | 3:30-6:30pm – MAP
The day starts with the BEST family Halloween Festival EVER. Featuring the adorable and hilarious Kids and Family Halloween Costume Contest, lantern making, hayrides, pop-up performances, and live bands! The food trucks arrive in time for the festival and the beer garden is open! Bring a picnic blanket and enjoy the afternoon!
Day of Lantern Making Workshops
Lantern Making Tent, Pulaski Monument
6 thirty-min sessions – 3, 3:30, 4, 4:30, 5, 5:30, & 6pm
Sign up at the Lantern Making tent the day of the Festival.
Make a lantern at the Festival to carry in the Great Halloween Lantern Parade that night!
Kids & Family Costume Contest
Main Stage, Pulaski Monument
3:30 Registration | 4pm Contest
Don’t miss our adorable costume contest on the main stage! New GROUP COSTUME Category!
Check in at 3:30pm near the stage. The contest begins at 4pm. Trophies and prizes for the winners!
The PARADE!
6:30pm Line-up by the Boat Lake | Everyone is welcome to join the parade! Head to the Boat Lake and the Parade Marshals will place you in line.
7:00pm Parade – MAP
8:00pm Finale & Dancy Party Under the Stars | Main Stage is inside the Pulaski Monument
The Parade’s spectacular route starts at the Boat Lake and heads east to the annex of the Park and back to Pulaski Monument. A specially commissioned FINALE closes out the Parade on the stage inside the Monument. This year we end with a dance party!
Where to Watch
Annex Park on the Hill – The parade will pass along the lower path in the small park. If you are sitting on the hill you will have a great view!
Beer Garden – Hanging out in the Beer Garden along Linwood Ave will have a great view as the Parade marches by and a great view of the Finale Performance.

BUS Route – #10 drops you off right at the parade!
Come early to guarantee finding a spot. We highly recommend taking an Uber or Lyft, carpooling, ride your bike or grab a scooter!
Bike Parking – Bike Racks will be along the sidewalk near Eastern & Linwood
