The Community Arts department produces vibrant community events and festivals that share and celebrate the many cultures and traditions that make up Baltimore’s beautiful multicultural mosaic! Programs such as The Great Halloween Lantern Parade and Festival, The BIG Baltimore Kite Fest, Bask in Freedom, and our Ancestral Celebration, have become Baltimore traditions as community members come together to learn about one another while engaging in the creative process.
