COVID Updates & Visiting Creative Alliance

Amidst the ongoing effects of COVID-19, we continue to prioritize the health and well-being of staff, artists, youth, audiences, and our community. We are committed to following Baltimore City public health guidelines as we rehire, train, and work towards a full reopening in the fall. Thank you for bearing with us!
 

Current Creative Alliance Public Hours
Gallery Hours for The BIG Show Exhibition: Drop-in hours on Saturdays from Noon to 5pm, June 26, 2021 to July 24, 2021

We are just starting public operations back up and are only doing a select few shows this summer as we find our footing.

Our indoor performances, exhibition openings, workshops/classes, and gatherings will continue to be capped at less than 50% of our capacity until further notice. The bar will be open for select events, though we require that our audience remain masked when not consuming beverages, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are required when inside the building.
 
What to expect when attending an in-person performance in our theater:

  • Currently, all guests are required to wear masks anywhere in our building, unless actively consuming beverages. 
  • You will be up close to performers on stage and to your fellow audience members:  Even at a reduced capacity of 50%, there will be limited ability for physical distancing. This means that you will likely have patrons sitting directly next to, in front of, and behind you at a distance of less than 6 feet. 
  • Keep up to date with all in-person performances here.
