Our Box Office is currently open from Noon to 6PM on Fridays and Saturdays and one hour before all ticketed events. We accept cash, cards, and checks. Service fees are waived when purchasing in-person tickets. There are no reservations without payment. Sales are non-refundable and seating is general admission. Online ticket sales end 2 hours before each show’s start time. Unless the event is sold out, tickets are available for in-person purchase at the Box Office day of show.

Creative Alliance is located one block from the Southeast corner of Patterson Park. Our Galleries, Theater, Marquee Lounge, and Resident Artist Studios are located inside The Patterson at 3134 Eastern Avenue. Our Education Programs, Dance Studio, and Teaching Kitchen are located at the Creativity Center, across the street, at 3137 Eastern Avenue.

Creative Alliance strives to be an accessible and welcoming space for all audiences.
Our resident artist studios and the Amalie Rothschild Gallery are on the second floor and are accessible by elevator. Please see staff for assistance if the elevator is required. The first floor, which includes our main gallery, performance/theater space, bar, and bathrooms, is wheelchair accessible.
Shows can be flexible–either fully seated, fully standing, or a combination of the two. Attendees with any accessibility concerns are encouraged to contact the Box Office prior to an event at 410-276-1651 or email info@creativealliance.org so we can provide the accommodations you need to enjoy your experience here.

As a non-profit community arts space, we strive to keep our work accessible to the general public by offering fair prices for concerts, film screenings, and workshops. An additional patron service fee of $4 per ticket is added to each ticket.
Our patron service fees are much lower than many other venues and enable Creative Alliance to utilize a ticketing database as a benefit to our customers and our organization. We strive to offer the best possible service to our Creative Alliance family.
Shows do sell out, so act now by ordering your tickets!
For sold out shows, we often have last-minute availability. Interested parties may place their name on an in-person wait list one hour before showtime and will be accommodated on a first come, first served basis. NOTE: The waitlist does not guarantee entry to a performance.
Advance ticket policies
There are no reservations without payment. Sales are non-refundable and seating is general admission. Online ticket sales end 2 hours before each show’s start time. Online ticketing offers you the option receive your tickets via email for paperless ticketing or have your tickets held at will call. Unless the event is sold out, tickets are available for in-person purchase at the box office day of show.

Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets may be exchanged no less than 24 hours before an event occurs. Patrons will be required to pay any difference in ticket prices at the time of the exchange. Exchanges may be subject to a fee. Creative Alliance will refund all ticket holders in the event of a canceled performance.
You do not need to print your tickets, but you can! Tickets can be shown on your phone, held at will call, or printed at home.

There is unmetered street parking around Creative Alliance. Limited parking is available for purchase in the lot on East Avenue across from The Patterson, behind Apex Counseling Center. Spots at the lot on East Avenue are $10 and can be purchased online, over the phone, or in person.

To purchase a Parking Pass, locate the date of the event you are attending and purchase here. Place your parking pass on the dashboard of your vehicle with the QR code visible.

Seating varies by performance. Performances at Creative Alliance can be fully seated, fully standing, or a combination of seated with standing room. Please contact the Box Office if you have a question about seating for a particular performance or need specific accommodations.
We accept cash and all major credit cards at our Box Office and bars. M&T Bank and Bank of America are within walking distance, if you prefer cash.
We are an all-ages venue. On occasion, we host events that include content that is only appropriate for audiences 18+.
Yes. Our performance space has a bar for patrons. We also have a bar and lounge space, The Marquee Lounge, that opens for larger events.
