Free Community Pilates w/ Shayla Thomas

Pilates is a low-impact exercise that strengthens your entire body using precise movements and controlled breathing, emphasizing spinal alignment to enhance core strength, flexibility, and posture for all fitness levels. Pilates also promotes relaxation and mindfulness, leaving you feeling energized and balanced. Come with your mat and discover how pilates can transform your mind and body! This class is a beginner class and suitable for all fitness levels, no experience needed! Classes guided by Shayla (@shaylapilates on IG).

Learning to Live Fully: Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation

This monthly program shares ways to meet the challenges of daily life by staying connected to our choices without reacting to people and situations. This is an opportunity to discover well-being within your body and mind regardless of your situation. On alternating months, the program will be conducted in Spanish.

Our Box Office is currently open from Noon to 6pm on Fridays and Saturdays and one hour before all ticketed events. We accept cash, cards, and checks. Service fees are waived for in-person ticket purchases.
