Free Community Pilates w/ Shayla Thomas

Pilates is a low-impact exercise that strengthens your entire body using precise movements and controlled breathing, emphasizing spinal alignment to enhance core strength, flexibility, and posture for all fitness levels. Pilates also promotes relaxation and mindfulness, leaving you feeling energized and balanced. Come with your mat and discover how pilates can transform your mind and body! Intro to Contact Improvisation

Explore the fundamentals of Contact Improvisation, an open-ended form of dance that embraces the kinesthetic possibilities of bodies moving through contact. Build skills through exploring principles of weight sharing, embodied listening, and collaborative movement. All levels of experience are welcome.

Our Box Office is currently open from Noon to 6pm on Fridays and Saturdays and one hour before all ticketed events. We accept cash, cards, and checks. Service fees are waived for in-person ticket purchases.
