Walk On By: Baltimore-Rotterdam Exhibition & Artist Exchange

Creative Alliance, TENT Rotterdam, and Baltimore-Rotterdam Sister City Committee, present Walk On By: an exhibition and a cultural exchange that connects Black artists, their diverse experiences, and artwork, across the Atlantic. Explore the Black Atlantic through the diverse stories of local artists in the historical port cities of Baltimore and Rotterdam, through exhibitions in both countries and an exchange program.

The Third Annual Irish Tenor Banjo Summit

The Third Annual Irish Tenor Banjo Summit takes over Creative Alliance on November 15th and 16th! Join us for a full weekend of dancing, performances, and workshops celebrating traditional Irish music. The brunch, talks, and sessions on November 17 to cap the weekend will take place at the Green Room in Hampden. Full festival passes are available as well as tickets to individual events.

Shake Out Your Sillies

Shake out your sillies with song, nursery rhymes, puppet shows, instruments, and, of course, a dance party! Each class begins with a breathing exercise before transitioning into music and movement activities. Taught by Eliza Adams, a Maryland preschool teacher and musician, this class is designed for children 5 and under. Caretakers are welcome to join or watch!

Kerplunk! Free Family Art Drop-In

Kerplunk! is great for younger kids and families! Join us in the Creativity Center every Saturday to create fun seasonal crafts and art projects based on current exhibitions!

Fall Pickling Party!

We can pickle that! Baltimore chef and owner of Ella’s Pickled Produce, Keith Curley, teaches you the ins and outs pickling produce. Learn some basic ways to prepare vegetables with uniquely flavored pickling brines and enjoy your harvest all year long! All produce and supplies for pickling provided!

Art To Dine For 2024: Art & Politics

Diane Stollenwerk and artist Mary Ann Mears (mother to Delegate Elizabeth Embry) host an evening of lively discussion at the intersection of art and politics in Mary Ann's breathtaking, art-filled home. Tour her studio, enjoy delicious food, and be part of the conversation with state-level political and business luminaries, including host and former Delegate Maggie McIntosh, Senate President Bill Ferguson, and Mark Anthony Thomas, President and CEO of the Greater Baltimore Committee, who recently named Culture and the Creative Arts as one of the top three growth areas for the Baltimore region. A real treat for politically-engaged people who care deeply about the future of the arts!

Our Box Office is currently open from Noon to 6pm on Fridays and Saturdays and one hour before all ticketed events. We accept cash, cards, and checks. Service fees are waived for in-person ticket purchases.
