Exhibition | Unidos En El Arte

Celebrate Caribbean and Latine/x talent with this exhibition where the vibrant pulse of Baltimore’s creative spirit meets the rich tapestry of Hispanic culture. Each artwork not only reflects the unique perspectives and experiences of Baltimore’s diverse communities but also celebrates the broader cultural influences that shape our city. Join us in honoring the burgeoning talent of the artists, whose work enriches our understanding of heritage, identity, and artistic determination. This is an initiative to uplift the deep-rooted traditions and the contemporary voices that contribute to the ever-evolving cultural landscape of Baltimore.

MORTIFIED: Back to School – LOW TICKET WARNING!

Mortified + Improv = FUN!!! The wildly popular Mortified Baltimore, produced by Alex Hewett and Adam Ruben, stars everyday adults sharing their most embarrassingly real teenage diary entities, poems, love letters, lyrics, and locker notes…in front of total strangers. Featuring special guests Baltimore Improv Group (BIG)! Hailed as a “cultural phenomenon” by Newsweek, this is a comic excavation of the strange and extraordinary things we created as teens.

Art To Dine For 2024: Coming Out with Art

Come vibe with spoken word artist, poet, and author Tony Keith, Jr. PhD at the hip and tranquil setting of Hampden’s good neighbor, a coffee and design shop. Tony performs and is then joined by visual artist Blu Murphy for an intimate conversation about their 30-year friendship and how creating art has enabled them to embrace their truest, fullest selves. Enjoy Chef Ben Lefenfeld’s Basque cuisine from La Cuchara with Blu's artwork on display. Receive a signed copy of Tony’s debut book, How the Boogeyman Became a Poet—a young adult memoir in verse from HarperCollins—with cover artwork by Blu.
