All You Need Is Chocolate! Chocolate making with Chef Idalee | FEB 13 | 6-9 | 

Make luscious chocolate creations for yourself or your sweetheart and guarantee that they’ll wanna hold your hand. With a little help from our friends, learn about chocolate and how to make chocolate butter creams flavored with fruits or spirits and dipped in rich Belgian dark chocolate. Decorate and box up your creations for you or your sweetheart just like in a chocolate shop.

About the Chef:

Chef Idalee DiGregorio, has been a cook since age nine and on the professional culinary scene for the past 25 years. Her career includes caterer at Dynamic Strategies Catering, Head chef, Pastry chef, and steward for the 14 West Hamilton Street Club, acupuncturist, food stylist for Markets at Highlandtown, and chocolatier. Idalee has also put on many Art to Dine For events around the city to support the Creative Alliance. Idalee is passionate about food made from scratch, making cooking fun, and using food as medicine for her patients, her family, and her culinary clients.
