Join Chef Idalee for an afternoon full of the holiday spirit, with traditional Italian Christmas cookies that will rival any bakery. Learn how to make three types of beloved Italian holiday treats: biscotti reginas, twice baked biscotti and sprinkled Italian Christmas cookies. You’ll take home over a dozen of each cookie to share during the holiday season. Ovens are hot, spices are mixing, and spirits are high in this bake-themed winter wonderland. No approved ticket cancelation three days before class, due to the purchasing of supplies.
