Sip, Steep, and Spice: Holiday Mixology Make and Take

This is the holiday workshop for people who like their gifts a little more personal and a lot more delicious. In this hands-on Make and Take, participants will create two holiday-ready projects, chosen from the following options:
– Herbal bitters
– Steeped spirits (a cocktail or mocktail in a jar)
– Two to three herbal spiced simple syrup blends
Led by educational and clinical herbalist Brittany Williams of Eudemonia Herbs, participants will learn how herbs and spices build flavor, balance, function, and that cozy seasonal vibe that makes everything taste like a celebration. Expect tasting, clear step-by-step guidance, and plenty of “wait, I can make this?” moments.
Participants will make their creations while sipping on a holiday-themed cocktail or mocktail, because crafting is better with something delicious in hand. Everyone leaves with their handmade projects and take-home instructions so the holiday magic can continue at home, whether they are hosting, gifting, or just upgrading their winter sips.
