Learn to create your own little friend! Draft a pattern, cut the fabric, pin it together, then combine hand sewing skills with machine stitching to complete your new bear! Previous sewing skills not required. Jesse Lentzwiler of Peanutbutter and Jesse will provide fabric, but bringing your own special fabric (or old clothes!) is encouraged.

Instructor Bio
Jesse Lentzwiler is a multidisciplinary teaching artist from Philadelphia, living in Baltimore by way of Minneapolis. She works in handcrafts, including sewing, loom knitting, and printmaking. With a background in jewelry, dioramas, and bronze casting, she loves things that are small, intimate, and personal. Her audience is children, present and former.
