Join Creative Alliance’s Artesanas for continent-spanning cuisine rendezvous on the last Friday of every month. Sign up either individually or bring a partner and forge an exquisite meal from scratch, with Latin and South American recipes recipes and culinary skills! After strutting your stuff, finish off with a full shared meal with your new culinary compatriots in this joyful, enlightening Friday evening experience.
Oct. 18th: Let CA’s Artesana Carmen teach you to cook with authenticity with a night revolving around Picaditas, a pre-Hispanic delicacy. Chop your way to success and savor the rich flavors and history with traditional recipes from the Mexican states of Veracruz and Guerrero. Warm the soul (and belly) this fall at the Artesanas Table!

Bio: The Artesanas are a group of talented women living in Southeast Baltimore who are natives of Latin American countries, such as Mexico, El Salvador, and Ecuador, who honor their Latin American heritage by demonstrating, sharing, and teaching traditional crafts.
