A creative, tasty, and sustainable approach to dinner! Chef Veronica Flynn of Chef’s Expressions and the Manor Tavern, former owner and head chef at In Like Flynn, serves up several ways to serve up a delicious dinner featuring invasive species! From wild boar to snakehead fish – discover delectable dishes featuring animals and vegetables that look better on your plate than they do in some ecosystems! During dinner, we’ll discuss the ways invasive species negatively impact the ecosystem and highlight the benefits of hosting natives at home and on your plate. Before (and after) we feast, you’ll bathe in the breathtaking view from the newly renovated Fox Den’s roof deck – overlooking beautiful Patterson Park. Complimenting the dishes are wine and beer pairings from Highlandtown favorite, Off The Rox!
