This girls only gymnastic class series offers training in a basic level of gymnastic skills including flexibility, strength, and balance. The instructor will work with each athlete to grow and learn at their own pace. Whether your child is a seasoned gymnast or just starting out, this workshop is a fun opportunity to develop fundamental skills.

About the Artist/Organization
Isabel has been coaching gymnastics for over 5 years and has worked with all levels including toddlers and all the way up to competition gymnastics. She has a background in competitive gymnastics and loves keeping up with the sport. Her coaching style emphasizes strength, flexibility and technique while creating a positive, supportive environment for growth and skill progression. Isabel’s goal is to inspire a lifelong passion for gymnastics and fitness in all of her students.
