Classes include drills, games, partner exercises, and technique instruction for a range of ages and experience levels. No prior wrestling experience required. A playful non-contact class introducing preschoolers to wrestling-inspired movement and games. Kids will work on coordination, balance, listening skills, and body awareness through obstacle courses, tumbling-style movement, and activities using teddy bears and soft training dummies. Designed specifically for young children with no prior experience.

This girls only gymnastic class series offers training in a basic level of gymnastic skills including flexibility, strength, and balance. The instructor will work with each athlete to grow and learn at their own pace. Whether your child is a seasoned gymnast or just starting out, this workshop is a fun opportunity to develop fundamental skills.
