Contact Us!Our flexible black box theater, our largest space, can be arranged to seat up to 200 guests depending on the event. Seating arrangements are highly customizable and the room can be set up to suit your needs for a conference, performance, special event, or film. Our theater is equipped with a full sound system, screen and projector, theatrical lighting, optional staging, wireless microphones, and a disco ball. The theater includes a full bar and popcorn maker. Theater rentals can also include access to our main gallery and lobby.
Creative Alliance’s elegantly designed Marquee Lounge is ideal for networking events, formal meetings, small conferences, lectures, and book signings. The Lounge has a full bar, flexible seating, tables, a full sound system, and projector and screen. The Lounge can be rented with the theater or for a stand-alone event.
Seated Capacity is 50 and standing capacity is 75. The Marquee Lounge can also be added to Theater rentals for a discounted rate.
Our new Creativity Center, located across from the Patterson at 3137 Eastern Ave., is perfect for meetings, auditions, rehearsals, or classes. The space has two classrooms, a dance studio, and a teaching kitchen available for rent.
