Keeping the Festival and Parade Safe for Baltimore!

  • Halloween is the perfect time for masks! This event is outside in Patterson Park and we recommend masking at the event. Stop by the Info Tent if you forgot yours!
  • Lantern Making will be spread out in the open field behind the Pulaski Monument to encourage social distancing.
  • Food Trucks will be on site and you are welcome to bring a picnic! (There will be no beer or wine sold at the parade.)
  • NEW THIS YEAR  Sidewalk Serenades will be located along the Parade route! Space out along the path through the park and listen to live music while you wait for the parade to pass. Serenade locations and great places to watch are marked with music notes on the map.
  • We will not host a grand finale at the main stage.
  • NEW THIS YEAR  There will be a Mobile Vaccination Station for COVID vaccinations and Flu Shots on site at the Festival! Baltimore City Health Department will be offering FREE Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines to adults and children ages 12 and over as well as Flu Shots. No registration is required, simply drop-in, get vaxxed, and enjoy some free swag courtesy of Creative Alliance and Friends of Patterson Park!
