Join Mindfulness Meditation teacher Phillip McKnight for a six-week introductory class where we explore the definition of mindfulness; mindfulness of body, thoughts, emotions, forgiveness, self care, and movement!
This course connects these mindfulness techniques to creativity through journaling and reflection activities that build the muscles of creativity and your awareness of the present moment. First timers, practitioners, and artists of any level are welcome!
