Kerplunk! is a signature Creative Alliance program for families to make art together and engage directly with Baltimore’s rich pool of visual teaching artists. Families will be greeted by two of our Teen Council members, Lily Mancia and Carmen Santos-Galicia, and will learn from a featured Creative Alliance artist every Saturday from 12-3pm. Families receive a tour of our galleries by our Teen Council members, learn about Creative Alliance programs and go home with an interactive project they made together honoring one of three themes during the Spring term: Black History Month in February, Women’s History Month in March and International Children’s Day during the month of April.
Kerplunk! is every Saturday from FEB 9-APR 27th from 12-3pm. Always free thanks to the support of Baltimore Housing. No registration is required. We suggest a group reservation if it is more than six people in a group by emailing education director, Maria Aldana at email@example.com
