Hula Hoop: All Levels

Join globetrotting circus artist Andie Mars for a special hula hoop workshop just in time for the Great Halloween Lantern Parade! Learn epic tricks and creative sequencing, with choreography suitable for all levels that gets you into your bodies, exploring elements of dance, and feeling good with hoops!

Note: this workshop is held offsite on the south end of the athletic field of Patterson Park Annex

Instructor Bio

Andie Mars is a traveling, international, and multitalented circus artist specializing in hoops, contortion, and juggling. Her circus story began when she befriended and began performing with street jugglers while living in Guatemala. Since then she has showcased her talents in Europe, all of the Americas, throughout the DMV, and beyond. With a passion for teaching, she has also coached adults and kids at a variety of circus schools and camps in Maryland, Virginia, and Vermont.
