Fork Braiding Workshop

A long time ago, Vikings used a tool called a Lucet to make very strong braided cord. We’ll learn how to use a plastic fork to make the very same kind of braided cord. It’s great for bracelets, keychains, and more. You can even take yours home to make more braids.

Your instructor, Rissa, is a retired educator, lifelong fiber enthusiast, and certified Journeyman weaver. Despite her parents’ best efforts, she still believes that everything is a toy.
