Date Night Pasta & Ravioli Making with Chef Nancy Longo | MAR 19 | 5:30-8:00 | $73 general/$65 members 

Learn to make your own pasta, spaghetti and fettuccini, and ravioli, cheese and spinach, using traditional pasta techniques. We’ll make a dough ball from scratch with flour and eggs; roll out pasta sheets then cut the noodles and/or make filled raviolis. You will also learn to make a quick basic tomato marinara to serve with your pasta.

We’ll eat our delicious fresh pasta together and you will leave with pasta nests for a midnight snack.

About the Chef– Chef Nancy Longo is the owner and chef of the nationally known Pierpoint for the last 37 years. Previously Nancy was a chef instructor at The Baltimore Culinary Institute and presently teaches classes at Pierpoint for people of all ages.
