Thursday night marked the official arrival of Clementine at the Creative Alliance, bringing top-notch seasonal farm-to-table dining the Patterson! The justly adored Hamilton restaurant now serves food in our elegant Marquee Lounge four days a week. Among the lucky inaugural diners was our own Development Director Antje who effused «I love the food, the ambiance, and the design of the space. What a great addition to the urban restaurant scene!»
Casual and unpretentious are not often matched with superb execution and striking creativity…but there you are! Clementine works with dozens of small Maryland grower/producers, collecting their bounty for an ever changing menu that is fully American and wonderfully eclectic. While Winston Blick travels to farms, overseeing the charcuterie, their new market and original restaurant in Hamilton, we welcome partner Cristin Dadant to The Patterson as she oversees the front of house, with chef Jeremy Price settling into our kitchen.
