Creative Alliance : Residency Program : How To Apply




	Selection Process

	Resident Artists are chosen primarily by the diversity and quality of their work, with attention paid to their suitability for a group living environment and their affinity to the Creative Alliance's goal of connecting artists with communities. Applications will be reviewed by an Advisory Committee; Creative Alliance staff will make final decisions, based on the recommendations of the Committee, interviews, credit check and personal references. An abbreviated review process will be conducted at the end of each year for Resident Artists hoping to return for a second or third year.

	To Apply:
	Submit the following materials by the deadline listed below:
	Documentation of work. Up to 20 images, 20 minutes of audio/video or 20 pages of written material. Written Description of Documentation, including title, date, media and size/length. Resume, including contact information Artist Statement Letter of intent, indicating your reasons for applying to the Patterson Residency Program, what you hope to accomplish in your time here, and an indication of what kind of project you would propose with the Creative Alliance. Three personal references, their relation to you and their phone number.
