The Big Show is a big deal for the Creative Alliance. It’s our annual all-hung members’ show, meaning it’s your chance—and everyone else’s chance!—to see YOUR work in our gallery. The Big Show consistently blows us away with the incredible range of styles, media and voices, not to mention the talent that our membership represents. And anyone who’s been to past Big Shows knows they offer spectacular art-buying opportunities. From Donald Edwards’ oddball-organic crayon rubbings, to Gene Garcia’s pop take on Betty and Veronica; from Kini Collins’ plaster and wire starling to Renee Tantillo’s rusty, welded figure; and from Penny Bamford’s needle-felted Slot Canyon to Martha Simons’ crocheted We All Swim in the Same Pond, last year’s collection intrigued, challenged and just plain entertained just as we expect this year’s to! Don’t miss the opening reception! Reconnect with fellow members and dance to the rockabilly sounds of The Garnet Hearts.
