Onstage in the Theater, Now Child Nation proves why funk is the ultimate dance music, why you gotta get your funk in Baltimore, and why veterans of George Clinton’s legendary Parliament-Funkadelic know what a costume is, baby! The dazzling performance poet and youth mentor Olu Butterfly does us proud as the Peter Pan Award recipient for bringing new energy to Baltimore’s cultural scene.
